Day 1: How long have you been self harming? Discuss why you started.  I guess I started when I was around six, I would hit myself and dig my nails into my skin. It might've been because of my mom or something else, I'm not really sure. I had a block from when I was nine to when I was eleven where I didn't self harm, but I started again when I was twelve.
