The main cause of stress in our lives is thinking about what is stressing us. The only thing you need to do is to turn off your brain and stop thinking about the past or the future. Just keep yourself busy doing the things you need to do.
I know it might sound weird but it is something that you should totally try out! What do you have to lose, except for some stressful thoughts? This technique is so effective that it allowed me to train and develop my own photographic memory. This is an extra thing that helped me with my tests and my jobs.
