Lisa's crush calling her "kiddo" when he turned her down made me so fucking glad I'm incapable of romantic feelings, because that would have killed me, I would have died
Hazbin Hotel isn't the first Fandom I've been in with ace characters, but it is the weirdest. Like, I've never seen discourse about whether it's okay to write Jonathan Sims, a canonically sex-repulsed character (not just broadly ace, blatantly said in text that he doesn't have sex), in sexual situations. People would tag what kind of ace they'd made him and move on. Maybe y'all should read some jmart fics and learn it isn't that serious.
I haven't emotionally recovered from my favorite blorbo right now having a bedazzled phone case that says "Queen Clussy" and I don't know that I ever will
So, I think Ozzie calling Fizz "Froggy" is really cute, like, yeah, very sweet, but I keep thinking about Blitzø being called a 'fire toad' and how that's obviously meant to be a slur against imps?
People keep writing fics in the 90s or modern day, but who is going to write the Stranger Things Y2K fic, huh?
I can't get over the idea that Annabeth loves the Sims and has, like, eighty fully-renovated save files for each game. It's heavily modded and has a bunch of cc and it's all for better building. Like, she knows next to nothing about the Townies or the lore, but she memorized the build catalog.
WWDITS episode I’d like:
Jenna comes to the house to tell Nadja that she’s engaged. Nadja wants to meet her fiancé. It’s Simon the Devious. Turns out he’s trying to win back his crew by giving the Witch Skin Hat back to Laszlo and he used Jenna just to get close to them. Jenna finds out and kills him. She wins his crew and gives the Hat to Nadja, who demands Guillermo get rid of it. It is now buried in the yard.
New tradition: every March 15th I buy a really cool knife
Calypso should have gotten to join the Hunters of Artemis. Kind of like a parole thing. Instead of 'the gods promised to get her off her island, but kind of forgot about it' Artemis and Zeus fought over his putting off her release until he agrees under the condition she be part of the Hunt for a hundred years, or something, to keep her under direct supervision. Calypso is still mad about it, still curses Percy for moving her from a prison she called home and into a prison where she had less control. Eventually, she grows to love it: having people around all the time, hunting instead of farming, getting to travel, not having to put up with the Fates sending her boys, slowly learning to interact with the modern world and the people in it, even how to hold a group conversation!
I’m just saying they could have all been happy!

You know, ‘Truth’ making Jagged be Luka’s dad, and also knowing Luka by name, means that in ‘Desperada’, when he was trying to get Marinette to volunteer Luka to play guitar with him, he was probably just trying play music with his son.
I wish people realized that shipping and fandom is more like playing with dolls than a one to one comparison to a person's real life beliefs.
I love how the Percy Jackson fandom just changed Hazel's design and I completely forgot. She's described as having caramel colored skin and dark hair and the fan base just said 'nope, Rick, ya got it backwards.' And I almost never see her drawn or written as anything other than dark skinned with caramel brown hair. Beautiful.
Fun Fact! The first time I read Carry On, I thought the twist was going to be that Simon was a Changling, or at least part fairy, and that was why they kept bringing up that no one had seen any fairies in at least a century and Simon's 'going off' was because he was learning a kind of magic that was unnatural to him.
