POST-WORKOUT MEAL
A- The first picture is a healthy portion of good and nutritious food. This will enhance major muscle growth as it is packed with protein, carbohydrate, and just a little bit of unsaturated fat.
B- The second picture is a good complement for the first picture. Fruits and vegetable can provide good minerals and vitamins which are essential in muscle growth.
C- Try not to consume this type of food. They contain bad fat and oil. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
DAY 2
We did some chest routines..this is just a part of them
i) BENCH PRESS 3 sets, 15 reps (45 second-rest in between sets)
ii) BUTTERFLY 3 sets, 15 reps (45 second-rest in between sets)
iii) DIPS 4 sets, 15 reps (45 second-rest in between sets)
DO NOT DO THIS! WE WARN YOU, DO NOT!
This is just plain rude..he got slapped later on *scene not recorded*

Workout is the hardest part in being a gentleman. People do not look at you with a skinny appearance, in fact, they stare when you are ripped as a horse.
HAHAHAHA just kidding....looking good is sufficient..
But muscle building can boost your self-esteem!
For some bonus muscle tearing, we did some leg press.
4 sets,10 reps
(30 second-rest in between sets)
We end our day with some hammer curls.
3 sets, 15 reps
(30 second-rest in between sets)
We intensify with some heavy pulls..
4 sets, 8-12 reps
