When you’re used to being told your entire life that you’ll never make money doing a career in psychology but you made $275 (after tax and group practice split) for only 2.5 hours of work the other day 🤪
#I don’t usually brag about this stuff but since I’ve been told my entire life that I’d amount to nothing#make nothing#or sacrifice my wellbeing for working with a ‘hard population’#it’s kinda nice#im still not rich rich tho cuz building up the caseload#and I do put a lotta effort into prep for sessions#but I used to make that in one full 12 hour hellish shift#all worth it in the end#I’ll get there 😎#personal
