Having BPD due to childhood trauma has to be one of the worst things to live with.

Manic episodes, self destruction, being unable to keep stable relationships

due to the fear of abandonment, self sabotage in important situations, because you won’t give anything the chance to ruin you more.

You won’t be as broken if you break it first.

It’s like living a paradox.

You ponder what you can't replace, and your mind recalls her face.

As time passes through me,

I begin to realize that the image I had of you,

Was all my own illusion.
