Rich Silverstein:
Rich has won industry awards such as One Show Pencils and Cannes Lions, and along with his partner Jeff Goodby, he’s been named Creative Director of the Year by AdWeek Magazine and has been chosen to join AdWeek’s National Creative All-Star Team. In 2002, he was inducted into the New York Art Directors Club Hall of Fame.

Cheetos uses a message that is usually associated with PSA’s (911) to promote their spicy version of the chips. It’s a funny concept that grabs people’s attention because they expect something serious, but instead it’s used to sell chips.
Nowadays there are a lot of people doing PSA's about important things. In this campaign they used this as a way to get the audience's attention but they used it in a funny way instead of a serious way.
