Big day over here at #menufoodtruck headquarters. The two of us HAVE JUST COMPLETED OUR FOOD TRUCK LICENSE! We passed all of our inspections. Completed all the paper work. Drove from here to there & Paid everyone.... Just to get this sticker which allows us to run a full operational food truck! We can't express how excited and thrilled we are to get this show on the road. It's been just under a year since we were getting ready for our very first pop up... Fast forward 1 year... He told me he judges over 100 food contest..
