All I can say is that you should definitely go to therapy and not be embarrassed. There are tons of people including myself that have gone to therapy and some that have required medication. It’s nothing to be ashamed of you just need to surround yourself with people who will help you. And you’re not alone, everybody has some sort of mental illness. But if it’s a serious thing you gotta get a great doctor and a therapist and just not be ashamed, go in and tackle it you know? And get medicine if you need to get medicine. It’s nothing to be ashamed of.
