You said it. I have a million scenarios play in my head every second. I overthink. I let it upset me. I shelter you from it. I hold it in. And it only makes it worse.

Im struggling. I can’t help to think that everything is my fault. I will either blame someone else for something which will ultimately make me feel bad or blame the whole thing on myself. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t know how to show emotions besides anger and it’s really eating me up. My heads all over the place. I don’t know
