Pale hands slide around the king's waist as Legolas stands before him & flashes him a stern look, before he leans in to breathe a kiss to his father's left cheek, then to his right & at last brushes over his lips with his own as he whispers. "You can keep trying to hide, ada. But I will find you everywhere, no matter where you go." A seemingly innocent embrace follows, but a low snicker can be heard. "You are & always will be mine. There is no way to flee from that~" (random intrusion :I )
The King stood erect, a muted stoicism caressing along fair features & the soft curvature of lips drawing taut with a subtle twitch. The touch had once breathed an air of innocence, and yet became no more; pads of corruption delicately trailing beneath intricate robes to seek purchase upon his hips & flesh of equal deception fanning over the plains of his cheek. The intentions of his son ultimately remained unknown, despite finding his own thoughts being controlled by a greater evil. Darkness became a comfort to a once frail heart, soul once of starlight stained crimson.
Yet he show no emotion toward the advance, starlit gaze carefully maneuvering its way across a sly smirk before vision was engulfed by pale flesh & sought the abyss deeply rooted beneath lens. Innocent fingers soon risen to trail along curvature of spine before splaying widely where hair was draped, faintest curl of his lip shattering the contour of carefully crafted marble.
❝ Perhaps not. ❞ A silken rumble poured from his throat, syllables drawn out ; honeyed & lingered with curiosity. Ah, but soon mischief could not be read upon deep cerulean irises; remnants of previous emotion had coiled back & the lips had drawn into a thin line. The hand that was plastered against fair tresses soon grasped at the strands, a single yank bearing more throat as a dark chuckle managed to pass by his lips. Narrowing lids studied his son briefly, a slow burning ire now blossoming beneath his chest. Thranduil was carefully stoic in his response, only the faint lilt that ended the sentence suggested at his increasingly agitated demeanor.
