distant shores had a strong start and honestly I'm invested.

the mc has agency, they aren't content to idly stay in the past and has dreams they want to get back to (actually mentioned their family?? imagine). not to mention they're keeping a level head. flirting options are marked. the crew is already established so there is no awkwardly slapped together group dynamic. the chapters are long and diamond scenes worthwhile. my biggest qualm is not being able to rename edward but thats my own problem.

cheers to moty for accurately depicting the struggles of being a single mother in a world where people like vanessa and guy do exist. for depicting that it is hard and things don’t go well sometimes but eventually things will be okay. for showing how great it is to be surrounded by people who love you and care about you. 

and for showing that in a world of vanessas and guys and sallys, there are levis, eikos, almas and thomas.

Can I just say that I would literally die for Sunshine, Frisk and Teapot??? They make up one of the best friendships in choices for npcs and are so unique and funny and care SO MUCH for kayden
