Formerly Rainfiresnowearth. I am gender-fluid and pansexual. I am a proud Slytherin. My OTP is Severus and Hermione. I also have no problem with any other pairing in the Harry Potter universe. Even though fanfiction and shipping Harry Potter has become a huge part of my life, I still love everything else about Harry Potter. I don't hate any Harry Potter character, but I do prefer the dark and evil over the rest. I also ship Percival Graves/Credence Barebone, Frollo/Esmeralda, and Daryl Dixon/Beth Greene . My blog also contains the occasional nature, hipster, indie, and dark themed posts.
It actually makes so much sense to have Philoise be season 6 because we need time to set up the penpal romance?? To see Marina and the kids, to grieve Marina, to see Philip struggle with his life and his kids, to see Eloise choose this unconventional romance, and then to setup the companionship between Eloise and Philip via letters
Season 5 is really going to eat, with the sapphic main plot and the penpal subplot 😭
If Luke Thompson won’t stop talking about how he wants Benophie to have kids in season five, then I won’t stop spreading Violet II propaganda. It must happen. They deserve a daughter.
It’s not surprising that not too long after they are married, Benedict and Sophie Bridgerton are expecting their first child. When the latter told her husband the news, elated is an understatement. Benedict had been imagining their children far before they married—even before he was certain that he would get to spend the rest of his life with Sophie.
He never wished for their children to ever feel unwanted. It was the furthest thing from the truth. He wanted them more than anything in his life—well besides Sophie—and was determined to make sure that his children would always know how much both of their parents loved them, cherished them.
“It's a girl, I know it,” Benedict proclaimed as he rubbed his hand against Sophie’s stomach while they laid in bed. “We will be blessed with the most perfect little girl and she will look exactly like you, of course.”
Sophie rolled her eyes, but smiled. “You can not know for certain. Besides, all of your siblings had sons first. It seems to be a trend amongst all of you.”
“Which means it is time we give my mother her first granddaughter.”
“It means the next generation of Bridgerton’s is simply destined to be a bounty of boys.” Sophie pondered for a moment. Despite her insistence that their first child was to be a boy, she too could not get the vision of a little girl with dark hair and bright eyes out of her mind “If it were to be a girl, which I do not think it will be… how would you feel if we named her after your mother?”
Benedict's hand stilled against her stomach, his eyes widened as he turned his head to look at her.
“What?” He whispered.
“Well, she has done so much for us and Violet truly is a beautiful name,” Sophie explained. “Anthony and Kate already have a child named after your father, don’t you think your mother deserves the same?”
For a long moment, Benedict simply stared at her. Without saying a word, he reached up and gently brushed a loose strand of hair behind Sophie's ear before cupping her cheeks in the palms of his hands. Benedict leaned down and captured her lips in a slow, lingering kiss.
“You truly are extraordinary,” he murmured as he rested his forehead on hers. “Thank you, my love.”
Sophie laughed quietly, her nose brushing his. “What for?”
“For everything.” His hand returned to her stomach. “You and our child have filled my soul with more love than I ever could have imagined. Your love is the greatest gift I could have ever imagined.”
He bent down until his lips rested against the growing swell of her stomach, pressing a gentle kiss there.
“And you,” he whispered to their little child, “are going to be loved more fiercely than you will ever know.”
“You know,” she teased, “our child cannot actually hear you yet.”
“Perhaps not.” He kissed her stomach once more for good measure. “But I intend to tell her every day for the rest of my life.”
She had never doubted for a moment that Benedict would make a wonderful father, but watching him now, she knew their child would never spend a single day wondering if they were loved. Unlike her, their child will be surrounded by constant love and affection.
Violet Bridgerton II would have everything Sophie ever wanted. All her dreams for her child were coming true.
A hellcheer fanfic in which one day El just simply asks Eddie when he's going to tell Chrissy Cunningham that he loves her at the "Freaks Only" lunch table and all of the boys (Mike, Lucas, Dustin and Will) telling her that is not true and Eddie is going to kill them for her suggesting that the Eddie "the Freak" Munson would be in love with the head cheerleader. Not some hot babe in some MTV video. The boys tries to reason with her that she needs to apologize for their sake. Max interrupts the boy's spiraling to back up El, calling them clueless dipshits who are blind because Eddie has the hots for Chrissy.
What fiction people enjoy is not always a representation of them as a person. And not everyone is consuming that media for the same reason. It kills me when people try to control what others enjoy.
"That's so fake, that would never happen in real life." No shit Janice, that's why it's called fiction. Not everyone watches it or reads it and treats it like a documentary. Some of us want a break from reality.
"That character's a horrible person! How could you support them? You're a POS!" Well David, maybe I had a shitty day and someone made me mad and it was nice to see someone act out those feelings the way I wanted to but couldn't because I'm a mature, responsible adult who had to bottle it all up and put on a smile.
"Why would you ship those two people together? That doesn't make any sense. Their characters would never be together in canon." Well, you see Deborah, I like both of them, and I think it's fun to play out how their personalities would mesh. Or maybe i just think they're hot together.🤷🏼♀️
Fiction is ENTERTAINMENT, not reality, not an instruction manual, not a textbook lesson. It's for fun. Maybe I like that that character is a bitch. Maybe it's nice to see that character get justice even if it wouldn't be so neat and easy irl. Maybe I think a romantic relationship between those two characters creates a more interesting dynamic with better potential than the canon couples.
Liking a character doesn't mean you endorse everything they do and wanting an "unrealistic" outcome doesn't make someone stupid💀 These aren't real people and stories we're throwing our weight behind and supporting. Fiction doesn't always correlate with reality, thats okay. It's really not that deep. You can disagree without hating on someone else's enjoyment of the same material.
PS, This is mostly for people who feel the need to argue in comment sections and go out of their way to disagree with opposing posts. You can just keep scrolling, you know? Stop trying to change people's minds, we can like different things💀 Some people need to remember to differentiate their opinions from facts and use their 'I feel' statements
Y'allllll, who was gonna tell me that they're bringing Beth back to the TWD universe?!?!?!?! It's actually happening!?!?! And Norman Reedus liked a Beth/Daryl fan edit that came out on Instagram last month?!?!?! What is happening!?!?!?!?!?
