Audrey Hepburn painting process~
You can be the most beautiful person in the world and everybody sees light and rainbows when they look at you, but if you yourself donât know it, all of that doesnât even matter. Every second that you spend on doubting your worth, every moment that you use to criticize yourself; is a second of your life wasted, is a moment of your life thrown away. Itâs not like you have forever, so donât waste any of your seconds, donât throw even one of your moments away.

23 years ago Audrey passed away. The world lost one of the most kind, talented and sweetest woman. But her legacy still lives and she still remembered by millions of admirers all over the planet. Rest in peace darling.â€ïž
The reason Audrey Hepburn doesnât wear sunglasses in Wait Until Dark, and instead wears filmy contact lenses, was reportedly because the studio felt her eyes were too expensive to hide away for nearly two hours.
Audrey Hepburn in War and Peace (1956).Â
âShe never considered herself as a star, nor as a good actress. She was always very cautious and she used to say: I donât know why they are picking me for roles, Iâm not that talented. She always said: I was so lucky to be the right person, at the right spot, at the right time. She didnât have this star attitude; this is the main reason why people still relate to her.â -Â Luca Dotti, Audrey Hepburnâs son

SEOUL (AFP) - The family of late Hollywood actress Audrey Hepburn unveiled plans for a memorial forest in South Korea to remember the 304 victims of last yearâs Sewol ferry disaster. Sean Hepburn Ferrer, the eldest son of the Hollywood icon and chair of the Audrey Hepburn Society, has initiated the project, donating some US$50,000 (S$67,771) to a Seoul-based non-profit group, Tree Planet Inc. Ferrer, along with his wife and eldest daughter, will plant the first trees on Friday that will eventually form the âSewol Memorial Forestâ on a hill on the south-western island of Jindo - the closest land to the site where the Sewol sank on April 16. âA year has passed and instead of sending flowers to the families, we wish to create something beautiful ⊠We want to create a platform that will bring some feelings of hope and comfort,â Ferrer said.
