letting aside the ‘ginger’ part and taking after personalities, I’m pretty sure it would be 

guy 1: ralph, guy 2: roger, guy 3: jack, given that ralph is on the softer side, jack is pretty aggressive, he and roger are best mates, ralph would be the guy roger would shoo, jack would temporarily side with roger as a trick before he would boldly ask ralph out (either as a dick joke or for real)
