So I’m not doing much writing or general creativity atm tbh but I guess my current WIP is a self-indulgent self-insert avatar for Fields of Mistria.

And yes, my three favourite romance options are literally the three most popular ones, so sue me 🥺! I am helpless but to bend to the will of my inner Mary Sue and her need for a boyfriend who is either a tsundere, Howl of Moving Castle fame looking ass, and/or a dragon deity.

Piece of jewellery you’re never without: my earrings in my 2nd and 3rd lobe & helix piercing because those holes are desperate to close up the moment they’re without. Three years later and my helix still tries to reject it from time to time, lol💀

Most worn shoes: Either my Salomon ACS+ or my Doc Martens Mary Janes depending on the weather and outfit. Wait, actually, my crocs. 🐊

New book/fic that has you in its grips: I’ve been reading more non-fic recently to get ready for my masters degree in gender & sexuality studies—one I’m reading atm is ‘Women on Porn’ by Fiona Vera-Gray and I’m finding it interesting so far.

As for fiction, I just finished part 1 & 2 of @ramlightly’s ‘The Temptations of Father Basil’ and loved it. I highly recommend having a read, and I can’t wait for more!

One drink you can’t go without: Coke-zero. I’m bordering on addicted at this point.

Latest kitchen fail: Burnt my toast. Don’t get me started on kitchen fails though, me stepping foot into that room IS a failure.

A piece of media you’ve been wanting to watch but haven’t yet: Umm the last half of Severance season 2. 😆 I’m not a big TV & film watcher at all and have to really be in the mood—same with my partner who I basically watch everything with. Our moods have not aligned in… a while…

Latest character to enter brainrot mode: sadly, I am without brainrot rn. 😔 There’s been loads of characters I’ve liked a lot (Casper from ADWD for example) but none that have given me the hyperfixation like Rolan did last year.

I wish it were different though, I genuinely dislike being without a current obsession. 😩 But for now, I shall continue to be obsessed with my bg3 husbands, lifeweaver, and my friends’ ocs. 🙇‍♀️

For the past few months I've had the worst writers block trying to think of how to tie the DnD campaign together for my players and I finally hit an epiphany last week and have begun to set it in motion. Feels so good to finally have a direction including a BBEG they never saw coming and how it all links together. I just hope they enjoy it now and can stay alive long enough to see it. 🤞
