Thinking about making stickers to leave in the tip jars at restaurants who don’t have the orders made remotely on time.
Cargo bikes! Work in progress, lunch time drawing.
******SIGNAL BOOST*****
I’m starting to get desperate, I haven’t spoken to my sibling since January 29th and no longer do I feel like this is a typical disappearance for them. This is Kai Mera, (not their legal name), answers to they/she pronouns, various face tattoos and forehead transdermal implants, scarification and tattoos on their arms and legs, and dreaded mohawk. Last seen in the Castro area of California living either under a stairwell or in a shopping cart w/ a tarp. They were doing street work, collecting used needles to take to banks in order to keep the streets cleaner prior to their disappearance. I just heard of the mass disappearances of street kids from the area during the Super Bowl, I need answers. I need to locate my sibling to ensure their safety. I am thousands of miles away in Wisconsin and I can’t do a single thing. Please share, someone has to have seen my sibling at a clinic or panhandling. Something. Anything. Contact me - Elysia Sofija on fb or everyonedies on tumblr with any information regarding my sibling and their whereabouts.
THEY MAY BE VERY SICK/IN DANGER. PLEASE SHARE. <3
Scene
Man in spandex black shorts passed out on the not-quite-sidewalk corner of a black asphalt parking lot. Dirty grey hoodie pulled up over face, despite being asleep in direct sunlight on the first truly warm day of the year. Spooned up with one of the concrete bumpers that keep your car from rolling away and trading paint with other parked cars. Cornerstone: slice of pepperoni pizza, no paper plate, draped unceremoniously on the concrete curb, unbitten and pristine aside from it's placement on the ground.
Could you imagine doing deliveries on one of these bad babies?
More hills to bomb. Never been to the sutro towers at sunset before.
60 sandwiches? Nbd.

Boss
I was dropping off an order in the financial district, in one of those tall, non descript buildings packed to the gills with investment firms and the like, the kind that require a little magnetic badge to get the elevators to operate. I'd waited maybe three minutes at the reception desk before a super busied little man in a you're hurried up. "Who's next?" And without waiting for an answer, looking at me "where are you going." "Golden gate, twentieth floor." The other man that was struggling with something at the desk mumbled something and we went to the elevator balls so he could rub his badge on the little black plate inside the doors and send me on my way. "Thanks boss." I say. "I'm not the boss." He says, sounding disgruntled. "Well I'm no one's boss but my own either. I just meant it as a compliment." "Well I don't take it that way." He said, shooting me a rude look. Holding back the urge to say something rude, instead I say, "well, I appreciate you anyways." "Why?" He spat, as the elevator dinged it's arrival chime. "I really don't take that as a compliment." "What?" I asked, his attitude confusing me. I stepped into the elevator. "Is it the gold?" The disdain dripping from his voice. Before I can respond, he slides his badge back into the pocket of his slacks and the doors close. --- I had a really pleasant conversation with a gentleman on the elevator back down, and found myself thinking that this guy was a steal contrast to the grump posted at the front door. As we exit the elevator, I make my way to leave through the building's behemoth glass doors, and spot the same disgruntled little man at the front door. As I hurry past, trying to stay on time for my next pickup, I hear the little man saying to someone else in the lobby, probably the well dressed man who is just rode the elevator down with, "Hey Boss! Hoe are you today Boss." With an every so subtle emphasis on the word boss.
