Doctor Who Future Companion
So I'd really like to see the Doctor land in America during the American Revolution and end up with the daughter of an American resistance soldier as his new companion, named Liza.
The Doctor receives a stress call from Captain Jack Harkness who's Time Ship suffered from complications, leaving him stranded in Boston, Massachusettes in New England 1773.
Elizabeth "Liza" Lock, daughter of Jane and Louis Locke, is acting as a distraction to two British soldiers stationed as acting guard for the docking port for one of the incoming vessels loaded with Tea.
Only moments later, a group of men dressed as Mohave Indians raid the three ships filled with Tea where they proceed to dump 342 crates of East India Trading Co. owned tea into the ocean. After the attack, arrests are made, including Liza's parents. When an officer attempts to attack Liza, the Doctor comes to her aid and she and the Doctor escape her house with a few scratches.
The Doctor discovers that Daleks have disguised themselves in Human form (similar to season 7, Episode 1) as both American Revolutionary fighters and British loyalists. They uncover the plan that the Daleks are attempting to begin a world war to weaken Earth's resistance and defenses, which will allow them to destroy the human race.
The Doctor is unsure how the Daleks have managed to harness the power of Time travel, but it becomes apparent when he sees a Tardis at the core of the Dalek space ship disguised as a barn.
Liza is approached by The Master, who has created an alliance with the Daleks.
The Doctor must destroy The Master's TARDIS in order to prevent the Daleks from ever continuing their campaign of destruction, then destroy the barn harboring the Dalek-humanoid factory.
The two are captured and placed in a Hex-cell (a prison cell with six walls that electrocutes anything organic). Jack Harkness, whom has followed the two into the Dalek Barn, successfully rescues the two. The Master has his voice transmitted through a Dalek where he shows Liza that her parents are being held captive as well. The Doctor notes that it is most likely a trap. Liza responds that she doesn't care, those were her parents and she couldn't leave them in the Barn.
When they find Liza's parents in the "Transition Room," the discover her parents have been successfully converted into a Dalek Humanoid. She asks the Doctor if they can reverse the transition. He says the best way is to do so is to remind them of human's ability to love. Unfortunately, they are too far gone and attempt to kill Liza. Liza, the Doctor, and Jack lock her Dalek parents in a closet and they run to the core of the Barn where The Master's TARDIS is being kept. A general Dalek confronts the three and they all scatter throughout the room to deter its target focus of fire.
With the help of Jack and Liza, The Doctor disables a Dalek and it self-destructs in the The Master's Tardis, which the energy from the TARDIS creates a pending high-energy bomb. The Master "Missy" attempts to save her Tardis before it self-destructs, but is unsuccessful. The Doctor, Liza, and Jack escape with their lives just in time (as they always do) and The Doctor leaves Liza behind in her own time at her house, despite her protests. The Doctor is able to help Jack repair his Time Ship and Jack leaves Massachusettes to go to Chicago in 1920 and open an underground bar, since it is the prohibition Era, and hence, "loaded with the best, wild American parties".
The Doctor boards his TARDIS, with his next location chosen at random. As he begins to disappear, Liza pops out of hiding and says, "So Doctor, what's our next adventure?"
Besides if they ever want an American companion, I'm always available hehe or I could settle as a creative writer on their team.
