Except for the aesthetic I don't really think Meta Knight fits Kuromi at all. Their personalities aren't similar in the slightest. But it doesn't matter. I'm just mixing two things I like a lot because I can lol

Rules and info

Rules

Tag your posts with #mtkbweek + the current year (Example #mtkbweek2024) and any other appropriate tags.

Any form of media is allowed. This mean fanarts, videos, fanfictions, moodboards, edits, etc.

Keep the entries SFW.

Late entries are allowed, just specify your prompt/day.

Other ships, OCs and character are allowed but keep Metakirby as the main focus.

We DON’T accept

NSFW entries. This includes explicit porn and gore.

Content depicting a problematic age gap (example: adult x child).

Content depicting a incestuous relationship. Entries under the tag #metadad are not allowed.

Content depicting hate towards the ship or a heavily preference towards another. This is not the place for that.

FAQ

When does the event starts?

The ship week starts on October 9th, the same day as MetaKirby Day.

How do I participate?

You only need to post your content under the proper tag in order for us to reblog and archive it on this blog.

Do I need to do all days?

Not at all. You can skip days if you want.

I don’t want to do it on Tumblr. Can I do it on Twitter instead?

Of course you can. The same rules as above applies and we will share the content on the main Twitter account @metakirbyweek. Just remember to use the hashtag #mtkbweek(+current year)

It’s okay if I want to do it on a different platform?

You are free to use other sites (example: Facebook, TikTok) but we will not be able to share and archive your posts. We still recommend you to use the proper tags so others can see/hide it.

I want to participate but I want to remain anonymous

You can send an anonymous submission through the ask box if you want. Just specify the prompt/day and it will be posted on the blog. You can also use an alias otherwise you will be refer to as ‘anon’. You can also do this on Twitter by sending us a DM.

Are you guys affiliated with any other ship week?

Not at the moment.

I don’t know how I ended up here. I don’t like the ship and I don’t want to see anything related to it.

If that’s the case we recommend you to block the related tags to avoid any discomfort. You can do this on Tumblr by going to  Settings > Account Settings > scroll down until you see the filtering tab on Tumblr, and by going to Privacy and security > Block and Mute on Twitter.
