While Laura spoke, Cessily fiddled with the image inducer she’d pocketed to use during the trip. It turned her silver skin a pale cream, metallic eyes now a soft green. Looking up at the brunette, she nodded cheerfully, “Yes! There’s an inn pretty close to the shopping district that I got a great deal on.”

The girl’s question is answered when the pixie girl makes her way into the room. Before she knows it, she and Cessily are being plopped down in another country, the spell leaving Laura the slightest bit off kilter. She looks around with curious green eyes at a place she has never been before. Her attention soon turns to the other girl, happy to see Cessily seemed so thrilled about the change of scenery. “Where are we?”

“Barcelona! Oh em gee I really wish I did better in Spanish now,” the redhead giggled, adjusting her bag on her back as she glanced at the signs on the quiet storefronts. “We’re on the outskirts of the city it looks like.”

“Uh... thanks? I’m with the X-Men, so I guess so. I’m still kind of new compared to a lot of the team, though. I’ve only been taking missions for a few years, but I’ve had a decent amount of um... interesting experiences.” Interesting, traumatizing, same thing. “You a hockey player or something?”
