Leasing Office Space in the Grand Central Station Neighborhood in New York City

It can be argued that Grand Central Station is perhaps the most convenient neighborhood in Manhattan to rent office space. In terms of public transportation, nothing beats Grand Central. The Metro-North commuter train arrives there, as well as the Lexington Avenue subway (4, 5, 6 trains), the Shuttle from Times Square and the #7 subway accessing Queens and now extending to the  Hudson Yards on 34th Street. In terms of convenience, there are several buildings with direct tunnel access to Grand Central Station, such as The Graybar Building, The Lincoln Building, The Chanin Building and 370 Lexington Avenue.
