Now on board the Kraken under the command of Captain Blight, they are heading to North Africa. But the ship is in the grip of a raging storm, and bound and gagged in the cargo hold, Carstairs can only watch as a loose crate comes hurtling towards him at deadly speed!

Ruthless Treasure Hunter Mortimer Kane has kidnapped Carstairs and forces him to participate and reveal the location of the mystical Knife of Khanak.

Now a prisoner on Kanes's ship, the Kraken, Ned has made a daring bid to send an S.O.S. message, only to be captured again!

Now Carstairs has been bound and gagged and strung up to endure the ferocity of a raging storm!
