I’ve Fallen in Love With a Man on the Run: Snake/Kaz, a WIP that hasn’t actually gone anywhere yet. Only has an establishing chapter covering what we already know about canon Kaz’ life with the context of Kaz being trans, but it’s not terrible unlike some things I found in the tag.

Fantastic: Ocelot/Huey dubcon, Ocelot/Kaz, cunnilingus and improbable strap-on tech. In all honesty I don’t actually enjoy the characterisation or writing for this one, but since other people have liked it I’ll leave you to make your own judgements on if it’s for you.

Mutual Gratification: Ocelot/Kaz, involves cunnilingus and mentions Ocelot not liking penetration from Kaz. It’s PWP.

Pretty much all the non-smut things bring up dysphoria a lot unfortunately, if you like I could go through them and try to give a run down of the dysphoria that does appear to make them easier to read if on another day you happen to feel like tackling them and don’t want to go in blind.

okay, this would be incredibly long because these are popular kinks. This fandom is one that loves watersports and choking. Collars are a bit less common.

Off AO3 there’s not much on offer. There’s a light Snake/Otacon one on the old kink meme. I’ve read one somewhere else which was Boss/Naked Snake but I’ve never been able to find that one.

Snake in a hole: Ocelot and Volgin double team Big Boss. I only skimmed but it seems to take place during the torture scene.

Now, if you squint a whole lot, maybe you could count this. but as I said, it’s with a lot of squinting and an extremely liberal interpretation of the subject.

I dig through archives pretty perpetually, read basically everything and become a human porn directory. Otsune fic leans very heavily vanilla but I’ll dig up a couple.
