Mario Kart Soundtrack is Underrated

*ehem* when one mentions video game soundtracks, one may bring up Legend of Zelda, Undertale, Earthbound, Castlevania, Final Fantasy, and even Phoenix Wright. HOWEVER, not once have I heard anyone mention Mario Kart.

 I’ve spent my free time playing Mario Kart for as long as I could remember (like 7 years). I never really paid attention to the soundtrack UNTIL I played Mario Kart 8. Holy fuck. Never have I vibed this hard to a soundtrack. Never has the soundtrack made me feel like a god. But this, this has allowed me to ascend. The blend of the saxophone and guitar is HEAVENLY, it is everything I didn’t know I needed. We need more guitar and sax medleys. Cruising down possibly one of the best courses in game with this BLASTING from my TV is the best feeling on earth, it’s better than sex. Fight me. They didn’t have to go this hard for a Nintendo game soundtrack, but they did, and that is amazing, it is a blessing. 

I needed to talk about this since none of my friends play Nintendo, thank you for coming to my ted talk, listen to Mario Kart soundtrack.
