“i’m definitely trying to get the title to your parents’ house. this is me telling you what it is before you sign it.” using his pen, he pointed to the top of the page, which she definitely could have read on her own. “i just waned to get people to sign up to volunteer around the holidays. you know, season of giving and all that.”
