Both of these were taken Easter weekend 2004. New York City is an incredible place
Buggy out a Window
Taken at a pioneer village in Toronto Canada. I liked how the window made a natural frame around this old cart
About to be Crushed
Sleepy the hotel mascot is normally cute, but that changes when he has you underfoot.
Toronto between Boat Rigging
Windows On Toronto
I really liked the combo of curved and straight lines in this shot. This was taken in Toronto Ontario on a harbor cruise.
The Golf Ball and the Tower
Taken on a boat cruise of Toronto Harbor my family took recently. The golf ball looking thing is the original imax theatre..
I AM HS AWARE
I’d like to announce a new Canadian Organization called HS Aware. When we officially launch in a couple of weeks, we’re hoping to become a support network from coast to coast for people with this awful disease.
The Bridge
I find this picture soothing somehow. It’s a bridge at Edwards Gardens in Toronto Ontario.I think what draws me in is the pattern of the wood on the bridge.
Waterfalls, Stairs and Bridges oh my
Another shot of Edwards garden. You can get a sense of the “vibe” from this one much better.
The White Flower
This was taken at Edwards Gardens in Toronto, Ontario. The place is very pretty and I could see myself spending a lot of time there
The Mega Flower
I like this picture a lot. The blossom on it was massive, and as I carefully was setting up this shot the wasp flew into view. It never landed, just hovered long enough for me to hit the shutter. I even said thanks to it lol.
The flower has a TuTu
Taken at Todmorden Mills, Toronto. I was there with my father and 11 year old Niece. She has a very creative mind and after seeing a few Thistles decided they were actually ballerinas on sticks. The lower, purple part is a TuTu while the top part is it’s matching hat.
Upside down Dragonfly
This good looking Dragonfly was hanging out on the ceiling of my balcony for a while a few weeks ago. I thought that was a good reason to try the macro mode of my new camera. I was amazed at how close I could get to it before it reacted. I wish the eyes were in better focus though.
Airplane on a car.
I was at an antique car show when this little scene caught my eye. With the sky reflected in the hood of this car, the plane/jet that is the hood ornament seemed to be flying away.
Busy Bee
Taken at Todmorden Mills in Toronto.
I have been forced to give up using my pro dslr camera because of my health, so I bought myself a very small compact camera. This was a test of the Macro function, and it worked much better then I was expecting
Buggy with a problem
I think this was taken in the Distillery district in Toronto Ontario, but I’m not sure. This was taken just as I had to quit using my pro camera, so my labeling was not as good as it should of been
Big And Small
Having to use a cane, I often find myself walking behind the people I’m with. Here my Niece is very very impatient to get to the playground.
