The bad news: had to pause work to hold this guy. The good news: I had to pause work to hold this guy.
This photo of me from when I was about 5 years old hung in my childhood home for as long as I can remember. Now it hangs in my wife and I’s home. It doesn’t get the coveted staircase location. It’s more guest bedroom material, I guess :)
Congrats to Nikki & Alex. 2019.
Lake Oconee, GA. 2018.
I felt like I was filming B-roll for the show Ozark while down at these docks at sunrise in Georgia. It was a fall morning, very quiet. No one around.
Independence Pass, Twin Lakes, CO. 2019.
Shot this on my way to Aspen for an unrelated shoot. While flying the drone, a guy pulled up in his truck and started taking pictures of the mountain range. Turns out he’s a well-known photographer who sells landscape prints off the wall in restaurants throughout Colorado. Nice guy. Forgot his name though.
As previously stated, I’m a little older. A rare portrait of me. I’m usually behind the camera.
Coffee Break.
Shot a little stock video of my son Henry looking out the window.
Well... it’s been 5 years since my previous post. And man have things changed. I have two kids... Henry and Gus. They are 3 years apart. Palmer, our dog passed away a couple years ago... just before we moved into our first home. I’ve aged a bit, grown some grey hairs, thinned out a little (I haven’t had soda in almost a year)... and have even dealt with some anxiety. But one thing hasn’t changed: my love for creating videos and documenting life.

Noah Harris has whipped up one of those music videos that begs the question:
"Is it CG? Is it stop-motion? Is it black magic? Do I care as long as it’s awesome?"
Awesome stuff. StuFf. StuFF. STUFF.
