Completely new open and enlarged kitchen at Lemongrass Villa Koh Samui.

Also renovated the bathrooms with all new vanities and large mirrors.

Another week in Koh Samui

Decided to hide from the Songkran Thai new year in Koh Samui, less chance of getting sprayed by water guns.

It’s always nice to have breakfast by the sea. Then jump into the pool.

Inside Lemongrass Villa. Renovated it last year and a new kitchen coming soon.

Weekends in Hua Hin, Thailand.

Nice beaches here in Hua Hin. Lots of kite surfers and horseback riding at the beach.

Skiing in Niseko for Xmas.

Love this town, back home again. Here for 10 ski days and 6 feet of freshies.

Thanksgiving in Miami.

A week in Miami South Beach, perfect weather.

Quick trip to Dubai.

Amazing view from my room at the Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai. 

What an amazing hotel in the desert in Dubai. Nothing beats the quality and service of a Four Seasons hotel.

My condo building in Bangkok.

Nice gothic style building in the financial district of Bangkok. Its only a 3 minute walk to the office and a 5 minute walk to the BTS skytrain.

Huge pool with gym and tennis court. Great for my 3 day weekends.

Nice tennis court, although you have to play early because of the heat or play in the cooler season, December to February.

Nice retro NYC style building with good security.

Bangkok home renovated.

The duplex is finally done and I love it. Great location and big space vs my old Hong Kong flat.

Easy drive to Hau Hin from Bangkok.

Only three hours from Bangkok and I am on the beach. Hua Hin is the Hamptons of Bangkok where all the expats and wealthy Thai go to get away for the weekend.

Nice white sandy beaches with many top hotels. Kitesurfing and Waverunners and even horseback riding are right here.

Night time BBQ on the beach. Everyone starts to appear at sunset.

Great night markets around the city or town...The Cicada and Tamarind markets are the best. Amazing Thai food and live music.
