Micheal grew up in a rural town off the side of Japan, his mother who was Japanese and his father who was English, decided it would be best for Micheal to grow up in his mothers home town.
As Micheal grew up, it was clear he had a deep interest in computers and IT work, after discovering his quirk labeled “glitch” His quirk allows him to manipulate technology, glitch it out and use it at his will, making him able to teleport through screens, cameras, radios, phones, anything electronic. He can distort his own voice, and is able to “glitch” his opponents quirks, making them un usable for a small amount of time, he can also teleport other people.
He was always the top of his computing class all the way through school, got a spot in a high up university and got a diploma in computer engineering.
He seems like a pretty boring guy, but after his mother passed, his father later abandoned Micheal at their house at 18, leaving a note stating he would never seen him again as he could not deal with the grief. Ever since then, Michael’s original warm and kind demeanour has changed.
He is currently trying to figure out how to get into the league of villains, as he was told by some old man (supposedly a past villain) that his quirk could be useful, and he could abandon the boring life he’s put himself in

Ler: he’s quite teasy, ends up flustering himself most of the time
Is a massive fan of just poking people for no reason if he gets close with them, will continue to do it a lot if he gets any sort of reaction
he really likes to make fun of people if they are ticklish, and can be a teeny weeny bit mean, but most of the time he ends up apologising for his meanness afterwards
If he finds out your ticklish, he basically takes every opportunity to take advantage of that if it seems fit

He absolutely despises his smile, so his hands will just constantly be over his face,
He has a really stupid chuckle he does, which he also hates, and he sometimes squeaks like a mouse which makes him feel less manly
Has never actually been tickled before this point, so he is always really shocked
