One Direction accurately demonstrating literally how I feel pretty much all the time
Just Friends: Chapter 9
Hey, that’s all it says. “Hey.” It’s one word, yet it makes such an impact on my mood. I feel thrilled that he even bothered to text me even if it is just one word, but then I also feel as if I shouldn’t be talking to him at all. At least not right now.
I throw my phone in my coin holder like always, but this time maybe with a little too much attitude. Cole notices too and jerks his head back and laughs, “Whoa there, you okay?”
To be honest, I don’t really know Cole all that well, we’ve never really had the chance to hangout before. Actually, we’ve never even really spoken before he asked Cassidy to Prom. So as awesome as he is, I don’t exactly feel comfortable opening up to him about David yet. But who knows, Dalton and I practically became best friends within a few hours.
"Yeah," I try to smile, "sorry."

Just Friends: Chapter 8
"What the hell, you guys got such cute asks! What about me?! ‘Oh, if you don’t have a date already..’ Are you fucking serious right now?!"
Me, Cassidy and Laina are video chatting and I just told them about how Dana asked me to Prom. And even though Laina looks and sounds pissed right now, Cassidy and I both know that she’s still super excited she gets to go with Dalton, no matter how unextraoridnary the ask was.

“Loving the beginning of this new chapter in my life and so happy I get to share it with my brothers and best friends.” -David Scarzone, IM5’s newest member.
Just Friends: Chapter 4
When I open my eyes the next morning, they feel heavy and swollen as if I’ve been crying all night. Was I? I have no clue. I wake up with almost no memory of what happened the night before. I throw the blanket off my body and sit up. When I look around at my surroundings, I’m not in my room where I thought I was. I peer over the side of the bed and spot Gabe curled up in a ball on the ground with only a blanket and a pillow under him.
That’s when it all comes rushing back.

I notice the sides of Laina’s mouth twitch up into a smile. I throw both my hands to my face embarrassed, “Oh my god.”
I feel Laina grip on to my wrists, “Wendy, you better not be shitting me!” There is an obvious joy in her voice.
With Laina still holding on to my wrists, I...
"Prom’s coming up soon, you know."
"Yeah, I know."
"You gonna ask Dana?"
I knew that was coming. I roll my eyes at Laina who’s sitting next to me in the passenger’s seat.
Laina and I are currently on our way to eat lunch. Where exactly, we’re still not sure. That’s how it is all the time. We...
(Ki Hong Lee from WongFu’s Take It Slow as Will) You and Will at Prom:
They say that your Senior Prom is supposed to be one of the most memorable times of your life. And for you, it is. But maybe not in the way you had hoped. The day started out great. It was everything you and your boyfriend, Will, have been planning for since you two first met. He picked you up at your doorstep, the two of you took some pictures with your closest friends at the beach, you all went out to eat at some fancy restaurant. All in all, everything was perfect. Until you got to the dance.
There isn’t much to say about what happened other than it didn’t have to happen and shouldn’t have happen. You’ve never really been the “jealous” type before, you can’t be when you’re dating someone like Will Behlendorf. You’re used to girls falling all over him, him being in a pretty successful boyband and all. You’re used to him getting a whole bunch of attention, girls constantly throwing themselves at him. It’s not easy, but you’re able to get passed it all. But tonight, tonight is different.
Since Will lives in Los Angeles, he came in all the way just for your Prom. You’ve always known about the girls at your school who are big fans of his band, IM5. You just never thought it’d be a problem bringing him down considering these girls aren’t necessarily strangers, you’ve been going to school with these girls since before you even met Will.
So while at Prom when the girls ask to meet him, take pictures with him, even dance with him, you don’t think twice. It’s just about every girl’s dream to be able to dance with their idol at their Prom, so who were you to stand in the way of that? But as you sit by yourself watching girl after girl with Will, you slowly start to realize that you don’t care if a girl you barely know doesn’t get to dance with her idol tonight, because her idol is your boyfriend and you should be the one he’s spending his time with, not her. Not any of them. Especially since you barely ever get to see him. Tonight was supposed to be your guys’s night.
It’s not just that you’re upset about your date being snaked away from you, but the fact that Will’s out there having fun with a group of girls, and you’re literally just sitting by and watching, really sucks. No girl in the world wants to see their man having a fun time with any girl who isn’t her. No matter the circumstances, it hurts.
Eventually you just let yourself out and take a seat outside. About half an hour passes before Will heads outside and finds you sitting on the ground by yourself.
He walks over with a big smile, “There you are! I’ve been looking all over for you,” You just look up at him without speaking. He continues, “What’s wrong?”
This question actually shocks you, to think that he doesn’t understand why you’d be out here by yourself or why you’d be upset. You bite down on your bottom lip to suppress a laugh as you just shake your head.
Will frowns down at you, “Why are you mad?”
Staring straight in front of you, you say, “I’m just tired,” you get up from the ground and smooth out your dress, “You can stay if you want, but I’m going home.”
As you start walking, Will grabs you by the arm and turns you around to face him, “Hey, babe, look at me! What’s going on?”
"Nothing."
"Well," he let’s go of your arm, "wait a second, I’ll get the car."
You roll your eyes, “Stay if you want, Will. It looks like you’re having a real blast. I think I can get home myself.”
He just looks at you and repeats, “I’ll get the car.”
Not really up to argue, you just sigh and wait for him on the sidewalk. When he pulls up, you notice him get out of the car, probably to open your door, but you just walk straight in instead.
The car ride is mostly silent as you sit as close to the door as possible. When you look out the window at the mirror, you realize that you must have been crying without even noticing, your eye makeup is halfway down your face.
Every so often, you notice Will hesitantly glance at you. He even attempts to start a conversation once, but when you don’t even bother to look in his direction, he gets the hint and keeps quiet the rest of the way.
When you reach your house, you don’t get out right away. Instead you just stare out the front window for awhile. Eventually Will makes his way around the front of the car and opens your door. You slowly slide out and Will closes the door behind you. You two just stare at each other silently before you hop on your tiptoes to kiss him on the cheek, “I’ll talk to you tomorrow, yeah?”
When he nods and faintly smiles down at you, you begin to walk towards your front door. As you’re walking, you keep thinking to yourself that this isn’t how tonight was supposed to happen. This isn’t how it should end, but what could you do?
Right as you lift your hand to open your front door, something stops you. You feel your breath hitch as you contemplate whether to turn around or not. You squeeze your eyes shut and take a deep breath. When you open your eyes again, you’re facing the opposite way staring at Will leaning against the side of his car with the passenger door wide open.
Coming from the car speakers is the song “So Close” from the Disney movie Enchanted. It’s your guys’s song from your guys’s movie. Whenever you two are together, it is a must that you guys watch Enchanted at least once before either of you have leave to go back home.
The first time you two watched it together, you told him how you thought that this scene from the movie had to be one of the most romantic, most magical moments in movie history. He replied by telling you, “Our first slow dance together is going to be even more romantic and even more magical than that. I promise you.” The two of you never got your first slow dance since you basically missed Prom.
The quick memory causes tears to stream down your face, yet you still manage to weakly smile. Will walks over to you and takes your hands and places them around his neck, he props your head up to face him with his index finger, and then places both his hands on your waist.
Even though he looks at you with a straight face, his eyes show that he is hurting just as bad as you are right now. When the two of you begin to sway back and forth, you shut your eyes to attempt to keep the tears from falling.
Will leans down to rest his forehead on top of yours and whispers, “I love you so much and to think that I hurt you so bad tonight absolutely kills me.”
Deep down, you know it’s not really Will’s fault for what happened, it’s in his nature not to let people, especially his fans, down.
You bury your face into his shoulder and you feel his lips brush against your neck. His grip around your waist tightens so much that you almost feel your feet lift off the ground. You bring yourself to face him once again, this time you pull him down and whisper as softly as possible but still loud enough for only him to ear, “I love you too. So much.”
Will’s smile twinkles bright in contrast to the night sky behind him as he leans forward to plant a kiss on your lips.

how many times do you think cap visited peggy at the nursing home in the past three years? once a year, a month, a week? he could go see her every single day but each would probably be the first for her because she’d just keep forgetting. everyday she’d be like “steve, it’s you! you came back” and he’d look at her with the same loving eyes and say something about her being his best girl.. ugh i can actually feel my heart breaking into a million pieces
