REAPERS Patches

Here are 3 patches used by my synthwave band REAPERS. All were created from INIT patches and made to emulate various synths (the first is an emulation of a Poly-800 II patch I created)

Patch 1 - REAPERS Main Synth Voice: SYT/SGL/PLY Pitch: 0/-3/0*/12/3 OSC1: Saw/0**/0 OSC2: Saw/Off/12/6*** Mixer: 127/76 Filter: HPF/0/0/12 FC Mod: 0/117/0/56/On Amp: 120/cnt/on/2 Amp EG: 0/12/100/17/on LFO1: S-H/Uac/off/30 LOF2: Sin/off/off/71 Patch settings can be whatever you want, mine all affect the LFOs and I don’t use it for any of the songs with this patch so I wouldn’t worry about it Mod FX: EnS/35/16 Delay: L-R/on/3.16/22 EQ: 320/4/8.00/5 Arp A: Tempo is 104 (affects the delay) *Or change to about 6 for portamento on some songs like Black Omen **Or change to about 32 for more focus on higher pitch ***Or change to 0 for less width/detuning Patch 2 - Noveria Lead Voice: Syt/Sgl/Ply Pitch: 0/0/0/12 OSC1: SAW/0/127 OSC2: Saw/off/0 Mixer: 127/127/0 Filter: HPF/49/0/0 FC Mod: 0/0/0/off Amp: 127/cnt/off/63 Amp EG: 0/127/0/16/off LFO1: Tri/Tin/on/3.8 LFO2: Saw/off/off/70 Again most of the patch bits don’t matter, neither does the mod fx or delay much, experiment with these at your desire. Dreamy Layer

A dreamy layered patch. Playing short notes will create soft rhythmic tones that change timbre with different playing velocity. Holding a note adds a soft pad to the background, enabling you to accompany yourself. Combining short and long notes, and some delay, you can play wonderfully dreamy songs on this.

I like those dry brass-like synth sounds that are somewhere between Roy Ayers and SEGA Genesis. Good for nicely timed percussive hits in a funky track.

MicroPhat

Heres a patch I made after becoming obsessed with the Moog Sub Phatty. Ive never actually played one. Just recently fell in love with it via Youtube demos and tutorials. I was trying to achieve some of that low buzzy aggressive sound. Really im hoping to get some advice. Unlike the Sub Phatty, this patch is polyphonic. However, unless I play keys exactly one octave apart it starts to arpeggiate or something. I like the patch but would love to get rid of that effect.
