Hello there ! I'm a RPG fan from France, especially a D&D fan, and I found out your Avernus' maps on your patreon, which I find very beautiful ! I stream D&D once a month, with a crew running Descent Into Avernus ! So, I'd like to know if using them as a background map on my monthly stream of this campaign would be ok for you ? Anyway, I'm considering pledging your patreons, because your work is just AWESOME. Have a nice day, Mathias from France, aka Erelock.
I have no way of knowing how old this ask is, but gonna answer it for future folks who might likewise want to use the maps for streams or paid games.
And the general answer is GO FOR IT! I made the maps for our own stream, because the black & white maps were a little boring for the stream, and I knew our group enjoys a more interactive experience. I shared them online so that others can equally enjoy a prettier map with their game! And as they're based off of WotC IP, they're fully free to use as you wish.
I'd love if credit is given, mostly so others can also find the maps for their own games, but I won't come after you if you don't, as they do have watermarks for this reason. And if you can and are willing to throw a tip my way, Patreon is an ongoing tipjar for me, or you can leave a one-off on Ko-fi.
And for those who wanna find them, here's a link to all the Avernus maps I've made!
And now for something only slightly different, we played some Knave! It’s a classless OSR system, and we used the highly-recommended dungeon The Library Beneath the Sands for our trial of it.
New interview is up! If you like RWBY or Soul Eater, check this game out!
That’s right, our Kickstarter is now fully funded!
With five days left until it’s finished you still have time to join in and get your own keychains. We’ve also picked an updated flag for Polyamorous thanks to input from backers. Our goal now is to reach our one and only stretch goal and make sure all backers get a shiny holographic Progress Heart sticker.
In total we have 17 different designs to choose from, as we tried to represent as many people in the LGBTQA+ community as possible.
If you can’t back the project, we’d appreciate any reblogs you can give us to spread the word, as we’re a group of LGBTQA+ creators and friends trying to bring our creations to reality with our first Kickstarter.
