Imagine Loki coming to your rescue. He saw someone bullying you, and immediately put an end to it. He even invites you to live within the palace, ensuring that person would never bother you again. When someone asks why he’s taken such an interest in you, he reveals he’s been admiring you from afar for many years, waiting for the right moment to step into your life.

Imagine going on a winter vacation with Tom. You’re from a warm, tropical climate, so you’ve never experienced temperatures these frigid before. You walk around like a shivering mess until finally Tom mentions he has a way to keep you warm - and you don’t even have to take off your coat.

Did you know: This was the original script for this scene in Thor, but Anthony Hopkins thought Odin wasn’t cruel enough, so they changed it to what you see in the film. I, for one, enjoy this version much more.

“Y/N, take my hand” Loki yelled over the commotion, his hand outstretched towards you. “Loki?” you questioned, him being the last person you expected to see. “Yes, now quicken your pace will you? I’m trying to get you out of here” You looked at him hesitantly as he spoke which he noticed and so sighed. “Trust me Y/N, please allow me to get you out of here”

“Why did you do that?” you asked, now out of harms way. “Why did you save me?” Loki looked down to the ground and shook his head. “It doesn’t matter, the important thing is you’re safe now” he huffed. “Loki, you don’t just go around saving people. No offense you’re usually the one hurting them. So why me? Why save me?” you persisted. Looking up to young, Loki’s eyes was a mixed of things. “You are different Y/N, unlike the other’s you are worth saving for many reasons”
