While I know they are small moments that can easily get left out I fully expect to see at least one of the moments where all of the characters are so very aware of all that Kyo and Tohru are oblivious to– namely, the fact that Kyo and Tohru are totally in love.

If I had to pick one…please let it be the moment where the romantic tension between Kyo and Tohru is so high that Yuki nearly has a heart attack and literally runs away from them.
