Cecil (mainly known as Titan within the Kingdom of Lumens) is a top ranking Bovinian member of an elite armed squad tasked with keeping the citizens of Lumens in the upper class areas safe. He commands authority in any situation, making him basically the leader of his unit. However, he is also a family man back in his homeland of Bovinia, meaning he has a lot of heart once one gets to know him well.

He hopes to climb to the the rank of Vanguard so he is able to protect the entire kingdom if need be. However, his primary reasoning for wanting to protect the kingdom is to protect whatever remains of House Alistair, the House that saved his people from persecution and extinction hundreds of years ago, and he and the rest of Bovinia have been indebted to them since. However, it was long thought all of House Alistair was wiped out for the powerful Energems—crystals that could fuel powerful weaponry and machinery—that were in their possession. However, he still clung onto hope that there were survivors, and he rarely comes back home, preferring to stay and search for clues while also on duty.

Little did he know that Avina Alistair was lurking about, doing her own thing within the slums of Lumens...
