Whittier Artists in Storefronts kicks off its second round of installations this Saturday night with a reception at Black Forest Inn. The project, designed to promote neighborhood vitality, turns vacant storefronts into exhibit spaces, creates public art projects and pop up galleries on the street, and hosts live classical music in the alley.
