I’ve seen so many concept designs for Adrian but the general consensus seems to be that they’re teal, taller than Rocky, and very pretty in rock standards. Like we have no clue who they are, what they identify as, but pretty much everyone agrees that Rocky the autism pulled this gorgeous Eridian and I think that’s wonderful. I completely imagine him yapping about science and engineering and Adrian going “uh huh yep yeah sure” not knowing a thing he says but being so enamored anyway. It’s beautiful.

Saw someone mention a bloody Mary au where Adrian finds Simon before Grace & Rocky return, and frankly I need to take a crack at writing it. Because simon being the one who needs the translator to talk to them, and he ends up learning Eridian super fast. Hes a silly little engineer and Adrian thinks about their mate every time they looks at him.

This would also be perfect for a physically stable and healthy Simon and Grace on the edge of death from malnutrition. Rocky panicking as soon as he in radio distance like "Hey guys, picked up a random alien human and he needs food I need us to synthe–"

"Yeah we have it already,"

I wanted to make some quick sketches but i just got to my parent's house for christmas and my sketchbook isn't unpacked yet. so I made this one in the style that i use for traditional art.

honestly the whole deal of the batboys dressing up as each other for JLA business is, objectively, supremely funnier if their identities aren’t even hidden anymore. they don't need to fill in for each other, the kids just like annoying everyone. they'll swap outfits and lie whenever they can, just to see how long they can go before one of them gets caught out. they'll always get found in the oddest moments and it never fails to piss off everybody else at the Watchtower.
