Matcha and Blackberry Pops
Ingredients
2 tsp Stash Tea Matcha Powder
1.5 cup milk (choose your favorite type)
your choice of sweetener (2 tsp honey or 2 tbsp condensed milk recommended)
1 cup fresh blackberries
lemon juice
Whisk together 1 cup milk with the matcha and honey. Make sure the matcha has completely dissolved. If you’re having trouble, heat the ingredients on the stove top and whisk over low heat until the blend is smooth.
Make sure the mixture has cooled down before pouring it into your pop molds, up to about 2/3 full. Allow the first layer to freeze completely (may take several hours).
Using a blender, combine the blackberries with ½ cup of milk and a squeeze of lemon juice until smooth.
Pour the berry blend into the pop molds and place back into the freezer until the ice cream has completely set. Enjoy!

Thai Tea
Sometimes called Thai iced tea this wonderful brew is made with strong Ceylon tea, but in some regions with Assam tea due to the higher price of Ceylon. Thai tea can be served hot or cold, but what makes this tea special is how it’s made. Loose tea is boiled in water for 30 minute or more than an hour along with sugar and several spices such as cardamom, anise, ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla bean. When the brew is done, it will be poured through a special net like filter made of cloth to remove all the loose debris before being transferred into a new container to serve. When the tea is served a shot of condensed milk, whole milk, or heavy cream is poured on top giving the brew a very unique rich flavour. There are some variations of this tea where milk is replaced with lime or no other additive other than the tea itself.
