God tends to put you through situations not to punish you but to show you where you should be.

2016 humbled me and taught me that fear will hinder blessings. No matter what tough time I was facing I woke up everyday and thanked God for putting me through the situation that I was in , and though I may not have understood why life became so hard, I continued to pray for guidance,strength, and patience to get me through.

I took each day a step at a time and I felt myself becoming more mature spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and even physically.

God blessed me with the most beautiful gift, being a mother to this wonderful baby boy.

After 9 wonderful months of pregnancy, my prince finally arrived May 22, 2014 ( 2 weeks early) at 8:02 am weighing 6lbs 7oz. Holding him for the first time was a feeling that was unexplainable. He had a head full of curly black hair and he opened one eye just enough to look at me. My heart melted, and i fell in love automatically. He was so beautiful, and all the pain i just endured, suddenly disappeared. Even though there were others in the room, all i could see was my beautiful healthy baby boy.
