jinri wouldn’t really consider herself a good person.

the reasons for this were plenty -- morals were relative, the idea of anything being “good” always seemed to sway in the face of preference and at times, the brunette pulled cruel shit like the following:

cue one bruised babe of a girl, both blinded and armed by obnoxiously large, cheap shades and a horrific loss of depth perception entering a local cornerstore, occupied with what she liked to call “subconscious solving” or running coding algorithms in her head.  so basically, cue one bruised babe of a girl, clumsy, careless and utterly distracted.

then, cue in a boy, preferably vulnerable, having the unfortunate luck of not only bumping into the aforementioned woman, but crushing her beloved counterfeit chanel shades.

and then, a beat.

“so when are you replacing those?”

EVERYTHING IS EMBARRASSING,

more often than not, choi jinri opted to not get pissed.

part of this is was because she found the endeavour of being genuinely angry one that was simply not economic.  far too much energy would be lost, logic would be squandered and contortions brought to what was otherwise a very pretty face, making it just not worth it.  

yet here she was, nursing her bruised eye with a bottle of (consolation) banana milk, bruised and bitter.  the touch of the cool bottle is one that she makes tentative, hissing swears under her breath with each pat.  it fucking hurt, and she was annoyed that it hurt, and even more than that, she was annoyed that she was annoyed.

suffice to say, she wasn't in a good mood.  she was, however, in just the right mood to passionately smash the close button on the elevator she occupied, deadpanning as distant figure hurried her way.  when a foot sneaks in, then accompanied by a leg and then body, the brunette heaves a sigh, cursing the gentle nature of the hotel complex's elevator doors, which had sprung away at the intruder's touch instead clamping down.  that would've cheered her up at least.

but no, things couldn't go her way, and so it's with a mixture of annoyance and embarrassment that she offers a one-eyed glare at the infiltrator, finger still on the button.

PROMPT COLLECTION NO.1: THE PUNCH

1) WOW YOU HAVE A PRETTY HUGE FUCKING MOUTH:

the long and short of this is that jinri has a pretty big mouth and also, feels like it’s offbrand for the “character she’s crafted” (this, is bullshit by the way, her “character” is merely her in all her shitty, probably problematic glory) to not tell your muse whatever the fuck she feels like telling them.  unfortunately, it’s when your character is winding up to punch her that she realizes, that with the backstory she set up, she can’t react as she normally would and takes the hit.

bummer.

2) WHAT THE FUCK?  

haha hi my dude, what’s up, i’m just here, banana milk bottle to my eye because i thought trying to duck and avoid having my mouth hit was a smart idea. by the way, have i ever mentioned, i have an iq over 150?  who fucking knew amirite, especially with the kindergarten level first aid i’m giving myself.  yes, i would definitely appreciate you patching up the masterpiece that is my face and would appreciate if this happened immediately.

it’s been a pretty rough fucking day and you’re the asshole that decided to not only bump into her, but step on her sunglasses.  now, these are sunglasses she bought at the night market, these are glasses that literally cost her 500 won, and these are glasses that are about just as fake as she is about to be with your character’s sorry ass.
