Et tu, Michael Farris? Because the only people who are Christians are those who discriminate against Muslims and agree with you, apparently. Otherwise we’ll just dog whistle that the president is a sekrit muslin.
Presidenting while Muslim isn’t a problem, by the way. The Founders explicitly considered the possibility when they wrote into the Constitution that no religious tests can be required for public office, which a constitutional scholar such as yourself should know.

A private business owner choosing to pay his employees a $70,000 minimum wage is not socialism. Setting wages for your employees is a basic function of management in a capitalist system.
P.S. The CEO in question is a homeschool alumnus, so nice job dissing a homeschool kid who started his own company and is trying to think outside the box. Entrepreneurs who can think outside the box and aren’t afraid to try new ideas is supposed to be a benefit of homeschooling, not the basis of an attack on a homeschool alumnus.

Obama wasn’t talking American politics. But he seemed to be making a pitch for fresh blood — open for interpretation about how that would apply to Republican and Democratic fields.
“I’m still a pretty young man, but I know that someone with new insights and new energy will be good for my country,” Obama said.
He ended by returning to the theme.
“Old people think old ways,” he said. “You can see my gray hair, I’m getting old.”
POTUS was making a point that just because you could win another election doesn’t mean you should keep running over and over.

It seems Mr. Farris is a vaccine truther. The “link” between vaccines and autism was invented out of thin air by Andrew Wakefield, who manufactured statistics because he was trying to promote his rival MMR vaccine. This is also ableist because it’s saying that dying of measles is preferable to living with autism. And make no mistake, unvaccinated children die of preventable diseases.
Vaccination. Another thing Mike Farris doesn’t understand.
Please do run, splitting the far right wing vote would hand the White House to Hillary Clinton.
Electoral Politics. Another thing Mike Farris doesn’t understand.
Isaiah 1:16-23 – "Wash and make yourselves clean. Take your evil deeds out of my sight; stop doing wrong. Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow. “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord . “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land; but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.” For the mouth of the Lord has spoken. See how the faithful city has become a prostitute! She once was full of justice; righteousness used to dwell in her— but now murderers! Your silver has become dross, your choice wine is diluted with water. Your rulers are rebels, partners with thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts. They do not defend the cause of the fatherless; the widow’s case does not come before them."
See that? The sins of Isaiah 1 are failure to defend the oppressed, and not helping the widows and the orphans. It’s talking about an unjust society that screws over the poor and needy. Just like Ezekiel 16:49 that says the sin of your sister Sodom was that they did not help the poor and needy. Somehow this hasn’t stopped Mike Farris from supporting candidates and policies that oppress the poor and needy.
Hermeneutics. Another thing Mike Farris doesn’t understand.
Remember that time he thought that the UN Convention on Disabilities would give the United Nations control over children with glasses?
