(the idea for the hoodie is that argit decided to go full on salesman and started selling ben 10 stuff, including a hoodie. and mott doesn’t even like ben 10 but argit manages to sell him a hoodie, with him only realizing after the fact. he just decides to customize the heck outta it after beating up argit.)
