I can't find the exact same theme anymore because it appears the user has deactivated, but it was made by wuxvn (previously yogyurt) whose themes you can still look at over on theme-hunter (themes tagged under yogyurt). I think all of the pastebin codes may have been deleted, but a few of the freetexthost links still work.

Also, if you do manage to find the original theme, I think I did a lot of tweaking on it so it might look a little different to the one on fyeahdanedehaan.
