It’s been 5 months…

I’m going to try to start posting again especially with international miku trending, I completely forgot about this blog until Brazilian miku…

About fan made international designs, I will not be reblogging or reviewing them unless I have permission from the creator or if it was submitted to me by the creator. I do not want to criticize fan made designs but also I don’t want the creators to feel uncomfortable with my unsolicited commentary of their designs. I still have a lot of project diva models and sponsorship designs to go through AND project sekai.

Please post about palestine and gaza. Not posting at all when you have the option to, IS selfish. "I don't want to post, it doesn't go with my blog, it makes me sad, I'm scared of losing followers" people are DYING. People are dying and don't have the luxury to make choices like you do, seemingly simple choices like whether you should post something or not.

Boy do I love this design…. I would say this is THE Miku. Or at least in this gen of becoming a piapro vocal synth character. This design says “beauty, elegance, innocence and digital era.”

And her wide sleeves!!! They are back baby!!!!

The way i would describe the difference between this design and the v2 design would be metal(v2) and plastic(nt)

Take everything I said about iXimas older Miku designs and apply to this one because I’ll just be repeating everything I said, BUT ADD ANGEL TOO IT.

She’s an absolute beauty, an angel, a goddess. This designs represents the impact of Hatsune Miku. It isn’t the definitive representation but that’s because I think there should be no such thing as definitive anything for Hatsune Miku.

She looks a lot older too, her v4 design made her look 14 but now she looks 16. Also a lot of her hair is back DO NOT MAKE A BALDING JOKE OH MY GOD ITS SO ANNOYING.

There’s a lot of little details I love about this design so I’m just going to list them since I don’t really have anything important to say about them.

Her little chain thing replacing her fabric belt on her hip

Her cute little high heels

The little dot on her knees

Her new tie

And her headphones!

BUT WAIT before I end this, if you been reading my other posts on her designs you should know I don’t like ‘frilly’ designs and I don’t think I ever said this before, don’t really like any other shape besides square for her hair bands… her Chinese design has an excuse it has a very purposeful reason of being like that but it makes me uncomfortable to look at.

On the design though- it’s absolutely perfect. I love the (I guess?) fake flat frills. I think I found why I don’t like frills, it’s Lolita fashion. I just don’t like Lolita fashion at all, I used to but it’s just not for me. The Lolita aesthetic feels really oppressive to me and generally makes me extremely uncomfortable, no hate to people who dress Lolita though! I’m only talking about the fashion, not the culture. My feelings towards it is rooted in some cultural trauma too.

And on the her hair bands. It fits and looks good. If the the hair bands were square I feel it would screw up the whole design. The circular hair bands were NEEDED. Everything is very smoothed out compared to her v2 design, imagine if she just had some random boxy thing in her design compared to her curvy and clothing and hair design.

I think that’s all I’m going to say for now cause that’s everything that on my mind when looking at this. Sorry for never posting, I’ve been dealing with a lot. Thank you for reading.

Credits aren’t listed for this design so I don’t know. It’s kind of tacky but the tackiness is what makes it for me. The dress looks like something you’d see in a 80s cartoon.

I like what both the original illustration and the 3d model were going for but I feel like they both failed because each had something the other hadn’t.

I really wish the kept the details on her butterfly wings and the jacks (?) in the 3d model. Would’ve looked very nice, especially when she dances.

The original outfit design is kinda ehh……, the 3d model did well fixing some issues. Overall looks smoother while still keeping the computer, gothic and or classical look.

Why no tan skin?

Don’t really like the design much. The headset on her does not make sense. Or at least to me. Thats my only complaint really. Besides the skin colour. The outfit is typical and simple, no problems with it to me but the overall colours of the entire design is NASTY… i dunno. In the original sketch it’s much better. I don’t actually know if she has tan skin in that illustration because everything seems a little bit darkened. I’m not going to be claiming racism cause I think that’s stupid and it’s more of a translation issue in my opinion.
