hi! weāre tyler and josh, and weāre two trans boyfriends who are trying to move in together. tyler (@regionaldreamers) lives in Alabama, while josh (@ichorshark) lives in California. tyler would be the one making the trek across the country, but josh needs to move out of his parents house as well.
we need to be moved by the beginning of august and we are desperately asking for your help.
right now, josh is in a really bad home situation. his parents are emotionally abusive, manipulative, and medically neglectful. he cannot remember the last time he went to a doctor. he needs vaccinations, check ups, and therapy for suspected avoidant personality disorder that has been put off and ignored for years.
tyler is not in the best situation either. his parents are constantly fighting at home which causes a lot of turmoil with his already diagnosed depression, anxiety, psychosis, and dissociative identity disorder. not only that, but he is disabled, with fibromyalgia and suspected hypermobility. between these disabilities, his school schedule, and an inability to drive, it is incredibly difficult if not impossible for him to work at the moment. when he moves, he may need special accommodations like braces or a wheel chair.
josh is currently working part time, and we both have some savings, but currently it wonāt be enough for us to be able to move in together by august.
weāre trying to raise $5,000 in donations by august. we know this is a lot, but it would help us out tremendously.
