That flush of ardor in a manās embrace My would be baby with a rosy face
āAnybody that goes to the theater, I think weāre all misfits, so we ended up on stage or in the audienceā -Patti LuPoneĀ
Fuchsia pink. Persian pink. Peachy pink. Mocha pink. Timeless pink. Story pink. Fabled pink. Glory pink. Label pink. Arden Pink.
Well I never even liked the color.
Someone in new said that Bette wore eyesore slippers at her curtain call and I s2g if thatās true
Patti LuPoneās husband was very happy. Patti, apparently, was not.
so a racist got utterly demolished in less than 30 seconds on the New Zealand morning news on Monday and itās one of the most beautiful things Iāve ever seen
who knew a white guy could be capable of such an iconic response, he knows whatās up and is having none of that shit, every other white guy take notes tbh
I love that he said Pakeha
Can someone write what its being said in this?
Male co-host: We have had a whole heap of feedback regarding Te Tai Tokerau MP Kelvin Davisās proposal to institute a prison run on MÄori values into New Zealand. Heās looking at potentially establishing this prison up north. It isnāt Labour policy just yet, itās just an idea of Kelvin Davisās. And this has been really really divisive on our Facebook page this morning. (sarcastically) Here I think we have the single greatest email, the single greatest message we have ever had on breakfast.
(clears throat deliberately) āāJaniceā says: Good morning. Iām sick of hearing that MÄori need different treatment. If they donāt want to live in our society, then maybe we should put them all on an island and leave them to it.ā
Male co-host: āJanice. That is LITERALLY what happened! That is the history of our country. Last I checked, MÄori WERE on an island, they were left to it, and then PÄkehÄ (MÄori term for white New Zealanders) turned up and look how that worked out. But thank you very much for that brilliant insight. Goodness me. Unbelievable. Unbelievable, they actually-ā
Female co-host: āActually, you canāt even get angry, you just actually need to laugh and then screw it up and put it under the desk. Just when you thought-ā
Male co-host: (mimicking letter) āāPut them all on an island, leave them to it.ā Yeah. What a great idea that is Janice.
I really needĀ āWhat a great idea that is, Janice.ā to be a meme filled with those stupid complete cognitive dissonance bigoted statements.
These ābeansā? Oh, ok. I see, you think this has nothing to do with you. You wake up and you start kneading, oh I donāt know, a bun to put in the oven, for instance, because youāre trying to tell the world that you want a child too seriously to care about anything else. But what you donāt know is that this curse is not upon his house, itās not his motherās house, itās not his fatherās house, itās actually a curse upon your house. Youāre also blindly unaware of the fact that when his mother was with child, his father stole a collection of beans from my garden. And then I think it was my mother, wasnāt it, who cursed me with this appearance? And then the baby quickly showed up in his hungry motherās arms. Then I hid her away in the woods and placed a curse upon his father that trickled down through the generational lines and then trickled on down into some tragic marriage where you, no doubt, wished for a child as perfect as child can be. However, that baby represents millions of hours and countless spells and so itās sort of comical how you think that youāve made a choice that exempts you from this curse when, in fact, the only way youāre going to get a baby is by finding the ingredients for a spell on a quest that was selected for you by the people in this room. Because of a pile of ābeansā
