Looking for OC x OC roleplay!
Hello, my name is Star and I’m searching for another long-term roleplay partner.
I write Lit/Advanced lit with anywhere from 500 words to over the discord word limit (sometimes several times). I love detailed writing. Immerse me in the scene! I also have 12 years of roleplaying experience, as well as a handful of fics posted to AO3 (if you want writing samples. I can also procure specifics related to my OCs if you ask!! :3 )
Must be 21+ (I am 26) and comfortable with writing NSFW/Explicit content. That being said, I prefer my stories to have a good balance of 70% plot with 30% smut. I love to write yearning and I generally like to build up a relationship between characters to make NSFW scenes more rewarding.
I like to write MxM pairings, but I would love to branch out more. I will usually prefer to write a M character as my main muse, so please keep that in mind. Trans characters are more than welcome :)
I prefer to write tops, and I am a sucker for writing service tops/submissive tops. Obviously, this can be adapted to suit the situation. I don’t consider myself to be a one trick pony.
I write over discord in a 1to1 server. I love using tupper. If you haven’t used it before, I am more than happy to share my knowledge!
Currently, I work part time and I’m a student. This means my free time can be sporadic. In a perfect world I love to reply several times a day. If I’m really into a story, expect to see me yapping about plotting and sharing art in the server at all times of day. Unfortunately, my schedule can be spontaneously demanding. I can commit to one reply per week at a minimum, but if I ever think I’ll be busier than that, I have made a habit of warning my RP partner if I need to go on a brief hiatus.
Story themes that I love:
Vampires. Priests. Catholicism. Demons. Historical. Modern. Enemies to lovers. Meetcute. Angst. Slow Burn. Gratuitous Smut. Omegaverse. Power Imbalance. Devotion. Corruption.
The list is likely more expansive than this, but I think it serves as a decent example. Just to clarify, I’m looking for RP that could contain *some* of these themes. Storytelling and what our writing will contain is completely negotiable, and I love to plot with somebody that has as much to bring to the table as I do in terms of ideas and plotting.
OOC I am silly, excitable and passionate. I love talking in VC’s with my rp partners and making friends with them. I also enjoy doing several threads if inspiration strikes. I write from cannon content as well, so don’t be afraid to ask if I am interested in any particular source material!
Roleplay is a significant source of joy and an important creative outlet for me. It is one of my greatest pleasures to find someone to share this passion with, and to create a self-serving story that satisfies both of our desires in the most fun and interesting way!
As far as OC’s go, please bring someone that can move the plot forward with me. Whether that means they are bickering and fighting or coming on too strong— A character with intense motivation or a strict moral code— I like to write with characters that have their own unique quirks and bring their own lore and needs to the table.
No AI. No exceptions. Do not generate a face claim or art with it. Do not write with it. Roleplay is a beautiful writing medium that thrives on the connections and shared passions between HUMANS. Let’s keep it that way.

My OC’s and a brief description of their concepts:
Corinthian - 27, Priest. Strong moral code. Believes that his purpose is to serve humanity. Holds himself to an impossible standard. Let’s see how long we can keep his infallibility intact.
- Corinthian comes with supporting characters. Original source material: Vampire The Masquerade. Can be altered to fit different AU’s
Lunan - 25, Cleric, Half Elf. Cursed at a young age, raised within the walls of a secluded monastery. Once a month he loses consciousness for an entire evening without any recollection of what happened within the lapsed hours. Leaves home for the first time on a conquest to find a mage who can free him of his curse.
- Lunan’s source material is DnD, and he fits best within a high fantasy setting.

Also, if you are ever experiencing a drought within the RP, please let me know. I’m more than happy to brainstorm with you to help sort out kinks, or cut the end of a scene to move on to something else. Roleplay is supposed to be fun, and it’s best not to sweat the small stuff.
In relation to ghosting: I understand why it happens. Ultimately, I would always rather try to work things out or come to an understanding. Sometimes two people just don’t vibe, and that’s totally okay! Please let me know if you don’t think we’re a suitable match before I get too excited about plotting. It’s discouraging to write a starter and never get a reply :,)
