Please help me to evacuate from Ukraine
I have to admit I hate doing this with all my heart and I pray it’s the first and last time that I’ll have to. But I am running out of options.
Hello, my name is Valeria, I’m 20 years old Ukrainian girl. As you know on the 24th of February my country was invaded by Russia. They’re currently trying to take over Kyiv. Bombings and shootings occur every couple of hours, civilians are forced to take up arms and prepare Molotov cocktails themselves.
I am terrified and I can’t find any power to stay optimistic anymore. Please help me to get myself and my family out of here until it’s too late. It’s only me, my mom and our cat. I am not sure whether I or my mother will receive our paychecks for this month at all. We don’t own a car or any other means of transportation, therefore we need to scramble up some money to be able to cross the border to Poland. We don’t need much at all, any spared dollar or euro would help tremendously (USD to UAH exchange rate is 29,83; EUR to UAH is 33,62 and our bus tickets are around 3500 UAH each). I would also be happy to do a small art commission for you with traditional mediums (I am unable to do digital art at the moment :( )
