the key to living your dream life. science based. 🧬⭐️
cuz im a big psychological facts nerd
3. why? / how our brain works (science based).
for this post, we’re going back to my baby shifter/manifestor phase. I was reading so much stuff in here and getting so confused that I simply had no idea of what to do first; so I tried every single thing I read, even the craziest bs you can think of.
but no matter what, nothing worked. I’m pretty sure that’s something most can relate, but the main question is: why?!
here is the thing: you need to be consistent with everything in life, that includes manifesting/shifting. if you want it to work: be. consistent. you’ll understand why soon.
it is the only thing you gotta do: pick your wish, a method if you want and stick to it like your life depends on it. (TRUST ME)
okay, but how did i manage to be consistent?
here’s the tutorial, also science (neuroplasticity) based, but you can make your own research and apply whatever works best for you.
forced myself to stick to my assumptions.
repeated what i wanted (affirming, visualizing, living in the end) like crazyy.
didn’t do much dramatic shifts, changed a bit every day, consistently.
focused in the end result. not on the method.
3. why? / how our brain works
I know you’re looking at the screen confused af, like “why would i do that? how does that even work?” AND I’M SO GLAD YOU ASKED, LEMME SHOW YOU!!!
how does the brain discipline itself to do anything, even hard things, like studying or working? by being forced to do it. so that’s exactly what you’re gonna do. oh, did you waver? did you have an intrusive thought? did the 3d said something? SYBAU!!!! you’re gonna force yourself to stick to your desired reality.
copy that? alright. now: the more you do something, the better you’re gonna get at it. that’s logic, so it better gets through that thick skull of yours easily.
the more you waver — the better you get at it.
the more you acknowledge your undesired reality — the better you get at it.
the more you persist — the better you get at it.
but hold on: your brain doesn’t like the discomfort of dramatic changes. this mf likes predictability, so switch your patterns NICELY. that’s why people who work out 20 minutes every day get better results than people who work out 20 hours once a month. yk what I mean? it will also prevent you from being frustrated and waver after not achieving a dramatic change overnight.
your brain is absolutely in love with patterns, it creates new patterns all day long, but once it becomes deeply rotted enough in your brain, it becomes automatic. so now I want you to consciously create a pattern that aligns to your dream life: when you act like the person you want to become, your brain is gonna rewire itself to align with that.
when you act like the person you want to become, your brain is gonna rewire itself to align with that.
when you act like the person you want to become, your brain is gonna rewire itself to align with that.
when you act like the person you want to become, your brain is gonna rewire itself to align with that.
what would my dream self do…?
another thing: your brain naturally hates work, but loves rewards. so don’t focus on the changes you gotta make in your mindset now, how you’re gonna have to study yourself; focus on the things you’ll be living after.
that applies to everything in life. so give it a chance!
