FULL BELLY - FULL MIND - FULL HEART Food blog turned pro-eating disorder recovery community resource, ran by a EDNOS recovered psychologist. This blog DOES feature photos of food, body positive and uplifting quotes, and original content. I am vegan, hence all of the vegan food inspiration! For me, veganism played an important role in my recovery HOWEVER, I understand that everyone’s journey is different and I absolutely welcome anyone and everyone seeking to begin recovery and understand that for some, adopting any diet even resembling restriction may not be the healthiest choice for their mental health. This blog DOES NOT feature photos of bodies or talk of numbers (e.i. weight, height, weight goals, calories, etc.)
wouldn’t it be great if healthy eating meant having a healthy and balanced relationship with food and eating what makes you feel good more often than it meant eating extremely low calorie diets or avoiding tasty and nutritious foods because you’ve been taught they’ll make you unhealthy or gain weight
You don’t have to earn food. You don’t have to workout today to eat, you don’t have to get “enough” work completed, you don’t have to reach perfection. You always deserve nourishment.
I am currently accepting new clients for therapy! I have day time openings Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. DM me for direct contact info. If you’re ready to begin ED recovery, let’s do this ✨

I don’t mean to sound bitter but it really feels like every single piece of information on eating disorders is geared towards people who are below a healthy weight and they’re all like “your mind is lying to you! you’re not actually fat!” like ok… but me and a whole bunch of other fat people with restrictive eating disorders are fat and our minds are not lying to us about that.
